Banner Pricing Structure and Advertising Information:
1. General: Banner
Advertising rates are based on the number of banner views in a months time ( A banner view
can be defined as each time a banner is displayed to a visitor browsing a Web Site on the
Internet.) A buyer can purchase banner advertising space by committing to a "Banner Rotation Commitment Level".
This Banner Rotation Commitment Level is a fixed range that refers to the number of times
a banner is displayed on the TrainFinder Web Site in a month. If a Banner Rotation
Commitment Level is exceeded, the TrainFinder system
will automatically disable that banner from being displayed and the buyer will be notified
within Three (3) business days of the service interuption via e-mail. All questions
on banner pricing can be directed to bannersales@trainfinder.com.
2. Pricing:
Pricing is calculated by taking the rotation package commitment level x CPM (Cost Per
Thousand. The prices in the rate matrix above include Volume % Discount) x Monthly
Commitment ( Less Prepaid Discount if applicable).
3. Payments: Payments for banner
advertisement are due PRIOR to the advertisement start date.
Example: A buyer purchases a Medium
Banner, 2001 to 3000 banner views, for 6 month period, paid in
advance. This rate would be calculated as follows: $7.75 (CPM) x 3 (Maximum
number of views divided by 1,000 = 3) x 6 (# months) - 5% (Prepaid Discount) = $132.53
total for 6 months.
